The hotel is conveniently located just 200 meters from the bus stop. I booked a luxurious and spotless room with tea and coffee making facilities. The room had a fabulous bath and the hotel provided coffee and tea makers, fridges, and glassware upon arrival.

Stunningly beautiful accommodation with excellent setting so close to good places to eat out. Excellent and affable staff throughout our stay. Free parking on site provided. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

The staff were excellent and amiable, providing exceptional service. Magnificent location in the Bajee Indian restaurant in the high street. - Just next door to the conservatory and other restaurants.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean, with real feather pillows. The private garden was lovely, and the facilities were exceptional. Having both a shower and bathrobes was a nice bonus.

We had a wonderful time staying at this charming place in Suffolk. the room was well-equipped and had everything we needed, including a lovely bathroom and a private garden. the host, Paul, was fabulous and made us feel very welcome. the location was fantastic, with local bars, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The road outside the property was a bit noisy at times.

We had a really lovely stay for the night of our wedding. We loved the room with really nicely furnished decor. The bed was comfortable. The location to a private garden was perfect and magnificent. It was also just next door to local bars, restaurants, cafes and shops, Melford Hall and The Bajee Indian restaurant in the high street.
